Metal Monday CXVII - The Winter Silence (Part III)

The Winter Silence by Remete is a welcome addition to my black metal archive. A four part journey that is cold and crushing, The mastermind behind this solo project is D, known for Woods of Desolation, Forest Mysticism, and Unfelled (of which are now all on my radar). I have had Part III stuck in loop for over a week now and ached to showcase it as soon as Monday rolled around. The demo Forgotten Aura will be one of my next purchases, as well as delving into the other entities D has worked on or with previously, so for now dim the lights, turn up the volume, and sink into the shadows as this daunting creation creeps into your walls and bones. Until next week, my dark, twisted followers, beware the sun, howl at the moon, and run mad with purpose.
