Some thing has an eye on you... This week we have The Eerie One as we return with Lęk and their most recent release. Yes, another week of Lęk because THEY ARE SO DELICIOUS! One of the only albums I have purchased twice (digital and physical) this four song creation is wicked dark and magically enthralling. Why twice? Well, I did not read the fine print on the digital version that there existed The Hidden Track. After letting this track pull me into the void and assail with me wailing tones I decided I must know of this extra song. To my delight, it is my favorite track of the four. Forgotten Lakes shall be the showcase piece so that I can keep you in suspense yet I want to support this artist and keep the mystery of The Hidden Track all the more elusive. Somewhere in the woods, an recalled body of water, a place of old and soon, where the eerie one waits. Magical Void dances as it tells of leaving ones body and meeting the one beyond who you can haunt with eternally. Gody, with short but powerful lyrics, damns another from ever having eternity using the most potent energy of all, anger. And The Hidden Track? Well, you'll just have to order it and find out. I enjoy mystery and the wonders that they summon whilst not being solved. May the greatest ones forever elude us until the stars die out...as do we. Let this week be full of vigorous malice, mystery, and mayhem! /,,/ (Purhcase Information & Lyrics) https://www.metal-archives.com/albums/L%C4%99k/The_Eerie_One/756228 https://lek-wsr.bandcamp.com/album/the-eerie-one Forgotten Lakes Forgotten Lakes into the wood in the middle of the night. The shining fluid illuminated by the moon and by the trillions of stars. Unholy fluid, poisonous place, lake of the future and past. The eerie one who rule the dark one day will devour the shallow beings. The lord of the void, the lord of the darkness, the eerie one. Marry me in this land of weirdness, take my soul don’t wait. Far away from the universe only our love exists. Whatever you are the eerie one, you are eternal like my longing.
